TEKA Maschinenbau GmbH also maintains an extensive line of wearing parts for mixing equipment so we can provide the right part for any application.
Wear-resistant liners are available in several materials, thicknesses and service lives:
- Abrasive-resistant steel Abrasteel 600
- Abrasive-resistant steel Abrasteel 900
- Hardox 500 wear steel
- Abrachrome – chill-casting tiles
- Hard-faced steel VP
- Heavy-duty wear-resistant rubber
- Ceramic tiles (aluminum oxide ceramic)
Mixing paddles are also available in open, closed and rectangular shape in the following materials with varying service lives:
- Cast iron
- Tungsten-carbide / Widia
- Polyurethane
- Heavy-duty wear-resistant rubber
- "Spike" (cast iron with embedded Widia spikes)
